Submit an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) for Approval

Welcome to the Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) submission process. Before continuing, please review the information below to ensure you have what you need to complete your submission.

Exhibitor Details Required

  • Exhibiting Company Name
  • Booth Number
  • Billing Address
  • Authorized Contact Name, Phone, and Email

EAC (Non-official Contractor) Information Required

  • Service Firm Name
  • Primary Contact and Phone
  • On-site Contact Name and Cell Phone
  • EAC Firm Address
  • EAC Contact Email Address
  • Services Being Provided — options will be presented during the submission process

Submission Requirements

  1. This form must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the event’s first move-in day.
    Late submissions may not be accepted, and services may be restricted.
  2. Proof of Insurance is Required:
    • A certificate of insurance from the EAC’s broker must name the event’s general service contractor as additionally insured.
    • A copy of the EAC’s Worker’s Compensation Insurance must also be included.
  3. Identification Requirements:
    All EAC personnel working on-site must wear valid credentials at all times during the event. Please note that some facilities may have varying requirements such as ESCA-specific badging. Such policies must be adhered to and are not under the control of AGS Expo Services.
  4. Third-Party Billing:
    If your EAC is paying for services on your behalf, a separate Third-Party Billing Agreement must be completed.

Important Compliance Notice

If an EAC fails to meet any of the above requirements, they will not be permitted to service your booth. In that case, labor services must be provided by the official general contractor. Non-compliant contractors may only supervise.
