Exhibitor Appointed Contractors (EACs)
Exhibitors may designate their own contractor (EAC) for installation and dismantling services. Below are the primary requirements to be aware of:
- Notification: Exhibitor must notify AGS Expo Services of the intent to use an EAC approximately 30 days before move-in by submitting the Notification of Intent (NOI) form.
- Insurance: EACs must provide proof of insurance including general liability and worker’s compensation, naming AGS Expo Services as additional insured.
- Compliance: All EACs must comply with facility regulations, labor requirements, and union rules. Proof of applicable labor contracts may be requested.
- Identification: All EAC personnel must wear identification badges provided or approved by show management. Unauthorized personnel are not permitted.
Additional requirements and policies will be shared once the EAC begins the registration process. This includes guidance on access times, credentialing procedures, and service limitations.
Insurance Requirements
All exhibitors are required to carry general liability insurance. This coverage must be valid during event dates and name AGS Expo Services as additional insured. If you don’t have coverage, you can easily purchase a compliant plan online.
- Minimum: $1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 aggregate
- International exhibitors and those without a corporate policy may use the Rainprotection Insurance Program

Advance Warehouse & Freight Timing
Our advance warehouse accepts shipments starting approximately 30 days prior to show move-in. Shipping early helps avoid delays and ensures your freight is waiting for you at the booth.
Ordering Services
Ordering early saves money! Discounts are available for services ordered on or before the published discount deadline. Orders after this date may incur standard or on-site rates.
- Common services include furnishings, labor, cleaning, and material handling.
- All orders must be accompanied by a method of payment.
- We recommend submitting orders through our online portal: ags-expo.com/ehub.
Payment Information
All orders must be prepaid. A credit card must be on file for any additional services ordered on-site.
