HOW THE PROCESS WORKS
Register an EAC
Provide your company and EAC details.

Submit Required Info
Upload required insurance documents.
Provide proper liability certificates for provided to you by your EAC. We provide you samples and details .
Quick Approval
Our team reviews and approves your submission fast.
You’ll get email confirmation once everything’s good to go.
EACs | Ordering & Managing Services
Once your EAC registration has been successfully submitted and approved, you may either grant your EAC access as a secondary provider—allowing them to create and manage their own account independently—or add them directly to your company’s account as the primary/authorized user responsible for managing services.
Secondary Provider:
If your EAC will only handle select services—such as Material Handling or other AGS solutions—we recommend requesting a separate secondary account for them. This allows for distinct order tracking and isolated billing between your account and theirs.
Primary/Authorized User:
If your EAC is managing most or all of your orders, payments, and invoicing, it’s best to designate them as your Primary/Authorized User. You can remain listed as a secondary contact for visibility and quick access, while the EAC takes the lead on service management.
